Two quote requests came in overnight from the website form. Both need a condenser fan motor on a Carrier unit, so I priced them from your spring rate sheet.

Send the Pace one. Hold the other until Ray checks what's on the truck.

  3. Front Desk teammate

Here's the reply to Jordan Pace. I'll ask you about the second one tomorrow at 8.

  1. Dana Ruiz

@Code Reviewer the checkout test is flaky again. Can you take a look?

  2. Code Reviewer teammate

It fails when the tax call returns after the cart total renders. The test assumed the tax call always wins. I made the test wait for the final total and moved rounding to whole cents.

How CrewOS keeps people in charge

  • Asks before it acts

Emails, texts, and changes in your other tools wait for a person's ok.

  • Every step logged

See what each teammate did, what it read, and what it is waiting on.

  • Your business only

Each thread's memory stays in that thread. Workspaces and companies are kept apart.

  • A cap you set

One monthly spending limit per workspace. At the cap, teammates pause and tell you.

Teammates

Give each teammate a job

A teammate is an AI coworker with one job, described in plain words. Start with the work that piles up, and add another teammate when you're ready.

  • Front desk

Drafts replies to new quote requests and holds each one until you say ok.

    You type

When the quote form comes in, draft a reply from our rate sheet and hold it for me.

  • Dispatcher

Posts the day's jobs by tech and flags anything waiting on a part.

    You type

Every weekday at 7, post today's jobs in #dispatch and flag anything waiting on parts.

  • Follow-ups

Asks finished jobs for a review and skips anyone with an open complaint.

    You type

Each morning, ask yesterday's finished jobs for a review. Skip open warranty claims.

  • Books

Matches payments to invoices and drafts reminders for the ones running late.

    You type

Every Friday at 4, list invoices over 30 days and draft a reminder for each.

  • Code reviewer

Picks up a GitHub issue, opens a pull request, and asks a person to review it.

    You type

@Code Reviewer the checkout test is flaky again, can you take a look?

  • Answers

Answers follow-up questions from what the thread already said, so nobody repeats themselves.

    You type

Who's on the Elm Street job tomorrow, and did the part come in?

Why Slack

Your whole team, one crew

CrewOS works in the Slack your team already has open all day, so the crew belongs to everyone.

  • Shared by the whole team

Everyone works with the same teammates. Nobody keeps a private assistant the rest of the shop can't see.

  • Approvals happen in the open

When a teammate holds something for a yes, the channel sees who approved it and when.

  • Mention a teammate in any thread

Type @Dispatcher where the work is already being discussed. No new app to open.

  • New hires can read the history

The thread shows what was asked, what was done, and why, so nobody has to ask twice.

Thread # schedule · Lin Roofing
  1. Grace Lin

@Dispatcher can we fit the Harper tear-off in before Thursday's rain?

  2. Dispatcherteammate

Thursday is full. If the Novak gutter job moves to Friday, Tony's crew is free 8 to 12 on Thursday. That needs a text to Ben Novak.

  3. Tony Reyes

Fine by me. Gutters can wait a day.

  4. Text to Ben Novak

Hi Ben, it's Lin Roofing. Can we move your gutter job to Friday, same time? Reply Y and you're set.

Approved by Grace Lin · Sent 2:14 PM

  5. Sam Kowalski

First week here. So Harper is Thursday and Novak moved to Friday?

  6. Dispatcherteammate

Right. Harper is Thursday 8 to 12 with Tony's crew. Novak is Friday 9 to 11, and Ben confirmed at 2:31.

Questions

What counts as AI usage?

Each time a teammate reads a thread, drafts a reply, or runs a routine, it uses a little. The console shows what each teammate spent this month, down to the cent. Usage past the included $40 is billed with your plan, and never past your cap.

What happens when we reach our cap?

Teammates pause and post a note in Slack saying they hit the cap. Nothing is billed past it. You can raise the cap in the console, or wait for the next month to start.

Do we need a card to start the trial?

No. Add CrewOS to Slack and use it for 14 days. If you want to keep your crew after that, add a card and the Crew plan starts.

Can a teammate email or text a customer without asking?

No. Anything that leaves Slack, like an email, a text, or a change in another tool, is held until a person says ok. Only the person who asked can approve their own request.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Conversation history is kept for 90 days, then deleted. If you remove CrewOS from Slack, your workspace's data is deleted within 30 days.
